Orders placed before 12:00pm will be dispatched same day for next day delivery.
Orders placed after 12:00pm will be dispatched as soon as possible with delivery up to 2 working days.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return:

• Hats must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
• All tags and packaging must be intact
• Items must be free from marks (e.g. makeup, sweat, or deodorant)
  

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Non-Refundable
We cannot accept returns on:

• Items that have been worn or used
• Items damaged after delivery
• Faulty or Incorrect Items
  If your item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return:

• Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method
• Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days

Customers are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect
We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for lost returns

Exchanges
